How to Replace Missing Puzzle Piece

BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THIS FORM, PLEASE NOTE

Brain Tree Games makes every step to make sure that all of our products are without defects in the production process. If you find that you are missing a piece/pieces on your jigsaw puzzle or have defective pieces, you can either return the puzzle to the point of purchase/retailer or continue to our missing piece form.

Note :

  • We cannot replace individual puzzle pieces
  • We will try our best to replace the same puzzle image.
  • The number of puzzle pieces mentioned in the box may not be the exact number of pieces of the puzzle; it varies from puzzle to puzzle. The only solution to find out if your missing a pieces is to complete your puzzle.
  • We request you to complete your puzzle & please do a thorough check if the puzzle pieces are missing. We request you to do this because many of the puzzlers find this step very helpful, As you know puzzle pieces like to hide in interesting places.

      

  • Jigsaw Puzzles purchased within the past 60 days are eligible for replacement directly by Brain Tree Games. We will require you to provide your contact information, puzzle EAN, lot code, name of retailer where the puzzle was purchased as well as an image of the completed puzzle and missing spaces. If all information meets our requirements, we will send out a replacement puzzle as expeditiously as health and safety allow.
