How to Replace Missing Puzzle Piece

Brain Tree Games makes every step to make sure that all of our products are without defects in the production process. If you find that you are missing a piece/pieces on your jigsaw puzzle or have defective pieces, you can either return the puzzle to the point of purchase/retailer or continue to our missing piece form.
Jigsaw Puzzles purchased within the past 60 days are eligible for replacement directly by Brain Tree Games. We will require you to provide your contact information, puzzle EAN, lot code, name of retailer where the puzzle was purchased as well as an image of the completed puzzle and missing spaces. If all information meets our requirements, we will send out a replacement puzzle as expeditiously as health and safety allow.
